This U bolt kits contain the U bolts, nuts and washers for fixing one jockey wheel to your drawbar.
This jockey wheel U bolt set suits drawbars with dimensions of 75mm x 50mm.

The AL-KO Offroad Coupling Lock Ring is used to position the coupling head of your AL-KO Offroad Coupling horizontally when lowering the coupling on to your tow ball.
The offroad coupling lock ring should be removed after fitting the coupling to your tow ball.
Not removing the lock ring will prevent the coupling head from articulating vertically and could shear the teeth on the lock ring.

It is compact size and features, like a bicoloured LED brake monitor (to assure a complete connection to trailer brakes and give an indication of relative braking power being applied) make the Voyager extremely versatile. The simplicity of hydraulic lines connecting multiple calipers makes this style of caliper suitable for installations where more than one axle is used.
Hydraulic disc brake calipers can be actuated using an hydraulic over ride coupling or via an electric over hyraulic actuation system such as AL-KO IQ7.
Trailers with loaded weights exceeding 2000kg require independent control and breakaway facility, causing the brakes to automatically be activated should the towing vehicle and the trailer become accidentally disconnected. AL-KO IQ7 will fulfil this legal requirement.
Hydraulic calipers can also be operated using hydraulic over ride couplings.

For trailers over 2000 kg GTM it is a requirement that, should the tow vehicle and trailer separate accidentally, that the trailer brakes are applied at full power for a minimum period of 15 minutes. The brake-away switch is the crucial link between your van and tow vehicle that indicates to your brake-away device that the trailer and tow vehicle have separated and brake application is required.
