How do I know which size to order?

 

It can be tricky ordering caravan parts online. The most challenging products to measure are:

Do we offer Click and Collect?

 

We are an online store with a number of warehouses however, at this time we do not offer click and collect. 

 

How long will my postage take?

 

We dispatch our orders every weekday. Your arrival time depends on its size and your location. Bulky orders like caravan awnings, screens, kitchen appliances, furniture and custom-made caravan accessories may take longer to deliver. What if your purchase is faulty or missing items?

 

If your purchase is damaged or faulty, email us at info@shoprvparts.com.au with details and photos if necessary.

 

What is your return policy?

 

While we aim to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience at times you may want to return a product, please be aware no returned product/s will be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Please contact info@shoprvparts.com.au to obtain a Return Authorization and shipping instructions. Please include your reference number or invoice number in any correspondence with our team.
