How do I know what size to order?
It can be tricky ordering any caravan parts online. The most challenging products to measure are anti-flap kits, caravan annexes, and privacy screens. If you aren't sure, contact us at 1300 MY SHOP RV or email us at email@example.com and we can help you find the right size products for your needs.
We are an online store with a number of warehouses, however, at this time, we do not offer click-and-collect.
Orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days from time of purchase. Your arrival time depends on its size and your location, but we aim to have each delivery fulfilled within 14 days from the initial purchase. Bulky orders like caravan awnings, screens, kitchen appliances, furniture and custom-made caravan accessories may take longer to deliver. If your purchase is damaged or faulty, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details and photos if necessary.
While we aim to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience at times you may want to return a product, please be aware no returned product/s will be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Please contact email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization and shipping instructions. Please include your reference number or invoice number in any correspondence with our team.
