The top material is made by ultrasonically bonding three layers of spun-bond polypropylene to a fourth, outer layer of DuPont™ Tyvek®. Tyvek is a tough yet breathable product that has an extended outdoor life and is a proven product for blocking damaging UV rays.

What is Ultrasonic Welding?
Ultrasonic welding is a method of joining two materials by converting electrical energy into heat energy. A high-frequency acoustic vibration is applied to the materials being held together under pressure to create the weld. Ultrasonically welded seams don't have perforation or thread deterioration like typical thread stitched seams.
NOTE: To ensure the best fit possible you will need to measure you Caravan. DO NOT rely on the manufacturer's stated length. Be sure to measure from bumper-to-bumper. Include anything that you would like to cover (e.g. Gas bottles, spare tyres, etc)
The Dupont Tyvek top panel serves the additional functions of blocking harmful UV rays (up to 99.8%), and preventing condensation and mould build-up underneath the cover. Additional air vents also help maintain essential air circulation between the cover and the pop-top, making this product a breathable shield for your pop top. In tune with the signature quality of all ADCO products, this pop-top cover sports superior material quality and workmanship.
Its corners are double stitched and equipped with extra reinforcements for protection against sharp edges and wear and tear during installation and removal. With a stylish modern look to match its premium quality, this ADCO pop-top cover is quite the complete package.

These easy to use awnings can be operated by a single person and allow you to double your living space in under a minute to make the most of the outdoors. Fully enclosed in a solid case when stowed and with no hardware running down the side of the vehicle these are great for use on Campervans, Motorhomes or any vehicle with a vertically curved wall. Set Up
A detachable winder is used to extend the awning. Winding allows the front face of the sturdy case to extend horizontally, like a verandah - pulling the fabric out as it goes. When extended, you then unclip the telescopic legs from within the front face, and they are either pegged to the ground or clipped to base of your RV with the included Lower Leg Brackets.
All awnings come complete with the Standard Bracket Kit which allows the awning to be attached to a vertical face on a Caravan/Motorhome/Gooseneck etc. If the awning is being attached to a curved surface or roof rack you will need to purchase a separate bracket kit OR make a mounting that will accept the Standard Brackets. See section on BRACKETS for options.
Anti-Flap Options
Fiamma offer a range of Anti Flap solution; Straight and Curved Roof Rafters provide extra tension to the canopy, eliminating water pooling and noisy flapping caused by wind. The Fast Clip system provides the greatest strength and enables full side walls to be added to form a complete enclosed area (this is included in all Privacy Room Kits)
