BatteryPlus35-II-HA is a complete high amp battery management system designed to support transition of caravans to lithium batteries. This all in one power solution combines a 35A power supply for 12V loads, 30A multi-stage AC charging and 30A Solar MPPT regulation as well as a host of battery protection features.
Connect the unit via CAN bus to the Trek battery monitor or to Odyssey touch screen via the OdysseyLink to monitor the status of your battery and to control your caravan features and functions or use it to connect to the BC300 to monitor high currents via CommLink.
BatteryPlus35-II-HA is pre-cabled with a permanent mains power supply cord for use with 240V or 110V input power - great for powered sites.
The unit also features a 40A rated uncontrolled +BRK battery output. This output is specifically designed for loads which do not need to be isolated or have a current rating of higher than the inbuilt circuit protection of the individual outputs and have a current rating less than 40A.

J35 Model B-L is an intelligent battery management system with a distribution system and a multi-stage battery charger. J35B-L model has been specially designed for Jayco and can be found on-board modern caravans and motorhomes.
Use J35B-L BMS for charging 12V Sealed Lead-Acid (SLA) batteries including valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) batteries, both absorbed glass mat (AGM) and gel batteries. This battery management system is also compatible with lithium batteries (LiFePO4). The power supply is able to deliver 35A maximum to the battery and loads.
Charge your battery to the optimal charge level from AC mains, your solar panels, or from auxiliary (DC or vehicle power). A maximum DC charging current is 15 Amp. Multi-stage battery charger including bulk, absorption, float, and periodic boost charging modes to ensure long battery life. The J35B-L System supports up to 300W of panels with open circuit voltage between 18 and 28 VDC.
J35B-L keeps your battery healthy for a long time thanks to the multiple battery protection features, such as low voltage disconnect and storage mode.
Built in electronic fuses protect the loads. You can also use up to 14 outputs to connect your appliances, including hot water, water pump, lights, and more.
Get more out of the J35B-L intelligent battery management system by connecting it to accessories, such as battery monitors JControl or JHub. They will allow you get access to the monitoring your power supply status in a handy location. Moreover, when used with the ControlNode103, J35B-L is SmartConnect ready and allows monitoring multiple Bluetooth sensors via JHub app.
LITHIUM COMPATIBLE BATTERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR COMFORTABLE CAMPING OFF THE GRID
J35 Model D is lithium compatible battery management system specifically designed for Jayco Australia. It features a built-in solar regulator and a multi-stage battery charger to ensure long battery life.
Use J35D to charge all types of lead acid batteries as well as lithium (LiFePO4) batteries. J35 allows charging of battery banks of up to 600Ah in capacity.
J35D allows you to charge the caravan battery to the optimal charge level from 230-240 Volt mains, your solar panel (28 Amp, or three panels 450W total), or from any auxiliary input, such as a power generator or your vehicle.
J35D will increase the life span of your battery thanks to the multiple battery protection features, such as low voltage disconnect, storage mode and multistage charging. There are 14 outputs to connect your DC appliances, including hot water, water pump, lights, and many more. Built in electronic fuses protect the loads.
Offered as an option in a range of Jayco caravan models, the J35D can recover and charge a heavily discharged LiFePO4 battery. The internal Battery Management System (BMS) of a LiFePO4 battery will turn off if it detects that the battery is heavily discharged. The J35D will provide the voltage to restart the LiFePO4 battery's BMS and then commence charging of the LiFePO4 battery.
Pair J35D with the monitor, such as JControl, or a JHub app, to monitor your caravan power and control its functions.
We recommend using J35D power and battery management system with BMPRO Invicta Lithium batteries.

The "drop down" corner steady requires only a small amount of lowering to steady the caravan and can be swung from the horizontal travelling position to a number different angles including the optimum position of vertical.
The AL-KO Big Foot fitted to this drop down corner steady will be found fitted to most caravans/trailers on the Australian Market. This unique product provides the corner steady with a flat load bearing surface, ideal for soft ground. No more carrying around pieces of wood to put under the corner steady on soft ground!
This corner steady has a maximum length of 590mm and is Zinc plated for corrosion resistance.
Bleeding instructions using Sensabrake Pressure Bleed Gun
1. Fill reservoir with clean brake fluid to just below the top of the sight glass.
2. Place the pressure bleed gun socket gently over the neck of the reservoir applying gentle pressure to locate the bleed socket place.
3. Screw the lid in place to secure the socket.
4. Do not push on with excessive force or damage may be caused to the reservoir or the 0 ring on the pressure bleed gun socket.
5. Place the other end of the bleed gun tube into a bottle or container of fresh, new brake fluid.
6. Open the bleed screw (start with the furthermost calliper) at least one full turn. Place a clear flexible hose over the bleed screw and immerse the other end into a container partially filled with brake fluid.
7. Squeeze the pressure bleed gun repeatedly (but not too fast or cavitations may occur) ensuring that the bulk brake fluid tank and the reservoir do not run out of brake fluid or air will enter the hydraulic system. At no stage let the fluid level in the reservoir fall below the minimum fluid level indicator.
8. Continue squeezing the pressure bleed gun until the brake fluid in the flexible hose attached to the bleed screw is free of air bubbles and tighten the bleed screw.
9. Repeat the process with the next furthermost calliper away from the actuator.
10. Bleed the other side of the trailer starting with the closest calliper to the actuator first as above
11. Connect the trailer to the tow vehicle and turn on ignition to activate actuator. Allow the compressor to fully charge the actuator (approx 90 seconds). Once the compressor has stopped apply the brakes, and hold on for a 5 second period and release. Repeat this 4 times.
12. Check the brake fluid level in the reservoir. It should not exceed the top of the sight glass maximum level.
13. Replace the fluid reservoir cap.

How easy is this!
Detach and position the awning leg vertically, simply slip the Awning Anchor Plate over the bar on the foot of the awning leg. Once in place, screw a Ground Dog screw in peg with orange Wing Collar into each hole of the anchor plate, using a drill driver with the 19mm socket provided, or your stabiliser leg hand crank.
To provide extra anchoring for very windy conditions or when your awning legs are attached, the kit also contains two High-Viz Tie-down Straps with Metal Cam Buckles & two Retaining Clips to stop that annoying strap end piece from flapping around!
Another innovation is the rubber Safety Springs made from strong and weather resistant EPDM rubber compound. The Safety Spring is designed to replace those dangerous metal springs, and a great idea if you have kids running around. They are easily attached to the Tie Down Straps and click into the Hook Collar of the Ground Dog screw in pegs.

Important!
When using this kit with Altitude awnings, or any powered awning, ensure that the awning's power is switched OFF prior to installation! A Jockey wheel clamp is used to fit a jockey wheel to your drawbar. This jockey wheel clamp is configured to allow for the jockey wheel to be removed when not in use or the towed trailer is in transit. The clamp is fitted with a steel threaded 90 degree handle.
